‘Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.’

A gift for those who love, those who hope, those who believe. This striking design on this tea towel combines the dove of peace and hope with the rainbow of diversity and features a quote from Desmond Tutu, a South African social rights activist who became the first black Archbishop of Cape Town and rose to worldwide fame during the 1980s as an opponent of apartheid. Today, he continues his defence for the oppressed, campaigning against sexism, homophobia and transphobia. He has also worked to battle HIV, AIDS, tuberculosis, and poverty. In all the darkness we may face today, we hope his message and work help provide a little light.

Wexford linen union tea towel, 57% linen / 43% organic cotton. 240gsm approx. Bleached with hydrogen peroxide, more environmentally-friendly than chlorine bleach, for superior print quality and brightness. Measures approximately 28 x 18 in. Stitched on all four sides. With wash label. and hanging loop. Machine wash at 100 degrees max. We recommend that before you use your tea towel for the first time you wash it at least once to soften up the material and make it more absorbent for drying dishes. Please note size can vary slightly.
