Orders & Delivery
Oh no! Don't worry - we'll absolutely make sure you receive it one way or another! Hope you won't mind first waiting two weeks (for US deliveries) or four weeks (Canada) just in case it turns up (they normally do)? It might also be worth checking your neighbors haven't received a package on your behalf. Do make sure you received an order confirmation email on the date of purchase, as sometimes people think they've made an order with us when in fact the transaction didn't go through! Once you've ticked off all of the above, please email us on email@example.com and include your order number from the confirmation email. We'll get it sorted!
In short, you probably don't need to, assuming your order went through OK and you received a confirmation email! Your 'billing address' is one of a number of details your bank or card provider checks before approving your order, but they're more concerned about things like your name and CVC number being correct, so often approve a transaction even if the billing address isn't a match. So if you reached the order confirmation page and received the confirmation email, you can be sure the transaction went through fine and there's no need to let us know to change the billing address. If the order is a gift and you want the recipient to see it's from you, then including a gift message will show them that (the billing address doesn't appear on the packing slip).
At most times of year, your order should arrive within 2-5 working days (for US deliveries). Orders to Canada can often take two weeks, depending on the province. For more info, please check our shipping page.
If an item is available to purchase on the website, then we have it in stock. We've weathered recent supply problems quite well, due to our UK-based supply chains. While we know stock is coming, we don’t always know exactly when, which is why you’ll find some of our products may be out of stock but coming soon. You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if there's a particular item you want that says it's out of stock, and we'll be sure to follow up once it's available again.
Yes, we do! But for deliveries outside the US and Canada, you'll need to shop on our UK/international website.
Yes, you can! With Klarna you can pay in 4 interest-free installments. This option appears automatically at checkout. It’s really easy to use, but if you have any problems or questions about Klarna or any other payment method, contact us on email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Complaints
We have a 100-day no questions asked returns policy.
Oh no! In the unlikely event you accidentally receive an item different to the one you ordered, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll sort it.
Our designs are normally made in house by our creative team, but we’d love to hear your suggestions. We have a dedicated page for submitting design ideas here.
We know sometimes radical figures can be controversial, and what we've learnt over the years of running Radical Tea Towel is that no historical figure has an unblemished record, particularly when judged by modern standards. A lot of thought goes into choosing who and what to portray in our designs, and the choice may be based on one particularly radical action, but we do sometimes get it wrong. If there is a certain design that you think is inappropriate, please direct your concerns to email@example.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
We hear you. That's why we wrote this piece "Are feminist Tea Towels an Oxymoron?".
We'd love to hear about your event. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with more information and we'll get back to you.
We're glad you love our products. We're also on Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, and any mentions are greatly appreciated. Your photos with our tea towels in action mean the world to us, so when you brag about them on social media, don’t forget to tag us @RadicalTeaTowel
Yes, please! We'd love to hear about what your ancestors got up to in the fight for historic freedoms. Do send an email to email@example.com with your story and a photo if you have one!

Yes, we do! For wholesale enquiries, please email us on email@example.com, and we’ll share our terms. Alternatively, you can place your wholesale orders directly on Faire marketplace.
We don’t do sale or return at the moment. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for more wholesale information.
We wish we could sell them for less, but we insist on paying anyone who works for us at least a living wage, UK-based manufacture rather than abroad where we'd be less sure of the ethics, top quality fabrics and no-fade, reactive inks, as well as first class design involving hours of research. They're not your average tea towels by a long way. Read more about our ethical policy here.
Both our cotton and linen tea towels should be washed at 100 degrees Fahrenheit max. We wrote a comprehensive article with all the information you need to take care of your tea towels.
We’re sorry to see you go! If you no longer wish to receive our emails, you should find a link at the bottom of our radical history emails to 'unsubscribe'.
Some museums and bookshops carry a few of our products, but we don't have a physical retail shop at the moment.
We regularly raise funds and donate a portion of profits to good causes and campaigns. Have a look at our good causes page to find out more.
A small amount of profits are shared among family founders, but only after we've paid everyone else involved in the business including suppliers, freelancers, staff, the tax authorities and also made donations to good causes. We pay all taxes due and we also insist that our suppliers pay decent wages and meet high ethical standards.
