The 'Founding Fathers and Mothers Calendar' showcases some of the prominent men and women who helped found the modern United States of America: six men and six women who changed the world. Never miss an important date, and expand your mind with the country's progressive history. The calendar includes notable dates from the anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation (January 1st) to the Stonewall Riots (June 29th); from Susan B. Anthony Day (February 15th) to Native American Heritage Day (29th November); from International Women's Day (March 8th), to POW Recognition (20th September).
