Gilbert Keith Chesterton (1874-1936) was an author, philosopher and theologian and is often referred to as 'the prince of paradox'. His fiction includes the Father Brown detective novels. He was a friend of the socialist George Bernard Shaw who described him as 'a man of colossal genius'. And here he is putting his paradoxical interpretation on Christmas.

The cards are printed on FSC certified board which is manufactured from fibre sourced from sustainably managed Swedish forests, the most environmentally friendly option available (we don't use recycled board because that has to be bleached with harmful chemicals).
