Your order's on its way!
Orders of our own products are normally shipped within one working day, with order placed during the weekend dispatched the following Monday. Board games are made-to-order by a third party manufacturer and can take up to a week to ship out.
Public holidays and busy retail periods such as Christmas may delay your order's dispatch and delivery, but we'll still do our best to get your order shipped within one working day.
We can't guarantee the reliability of USPS and the courier companies. If your order isn't delivered within three weeks or you fear it may have been lost in the post, please e-mail us on hello@radicalteatowel.com and we'll help!
United States and Canada Shipping
Our standard sized packages are shipped by USPS 'First Class' (takes up to a week to deliver and is not tracked); or 'Priority Mail' (1-3 working days, has tracking) if they're above a certain size (three tea towels or more) or if you specifically choose that option when checking out. Orders to Canada are sent by UPS or equivalent courier.
We charge $3.50 for basic postage and packaging ($10 to Canada), but it's free within the US if the value of your order is $35 or over. This is calculated automatically at the checkout. We charge $7 for Priority Mail if this option is selected by you at the checkout.
You can choose UPS for a faster, more reliable delivery within the US for $15 (or $25 to Canada using DHL).
